RETURN & REFUND
ORDER CANCELLING
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it is not in production by sending us an email to concierge(at)stilettissimo.com immediately or use our contact form.
If your shoes are already in production or even on their way to you, they are subject to our return policy (see below),
Of course, we will always try to find the best solution for you. However, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee.
RETURN POLICY
Please inform us within 7 days upon arrival of the shoes by email to
concierge (at) stilettissimo.com.
We will initiate the procedure and indicate the return address closest to your location.
The address will be within the UK, the EU, or Switzerland.
EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
Discounted shoes can generally not be returned. Unless they arrive damaged or we sent you the wrong pair.
Sweepstakes: If you win a pair of shoes in a sweepstakes, please do not return them, as we cannot grant you a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept any returns if you notify us later than 7 days upon the shoes’ arrival.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
- All shoes must be returned unworn and brand-new, with the packaging intact
- When trying on your shoes, please do not mark the soles or damage the box
- Please return the shoes in the original box, including the dust bags, and place it in a protective box.
REFUND
We can only grant a full refund if the shoes meet the conditions specified above, and you have informed us by email within 7 days after their arrival.
If the packaging is damaged, we will reduce the refund.
For any shoes that arrive in damaged condition, we cannot grant a refund unless they arrived defective when you received them.
We cannot refund shipping costs for your return.
We will issue a refund as soon as your shoes have arrived and have been found in impeccable condition. Therefore, please allow a little time.
