POLICY

All our shoes are crafted with utmost care and attention to detail. Our shoes are quality checked. We assure you that they will only be sent to you in perfect condition.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER

 

 

You can cancel your order free of charge as long is not already in production by sending us an email as soon as possible.

 

If your shoes are already in production or even on their way to you, they are subject to our return policy.

 

Of course we will find the best solution for you. However, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee.

RETURN POLICY

 

Please inform us within 7 days upon arrival of the shoes by email.

 

We will initiate the procedure and indicate you the return address closest to your location; either in the US, in the EU or in Switzerland.

 

YOUR SHOES

 

All shoes must be returned unworn and brand-new.

 

When trying on your shoes, please do not mark the soles or damage the box.

 

Please return the shoes in the original box, including the dust bags, and place it in a protective box.

 

 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

Excluded from Returns

 

Discounted shoes and shoes at special prices cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged on delivery or we accidentally sent you the wrong ones.

 

If you won a pair of shoes or a voucher that grants you a pair of shoes in a sweepstakes, we cannot grant any return.

 

Please note, that for the Swiss Design Box (see below) special rules apply.

 

Please note that we cannot accept any returns, if you inform us later than 7 days upon arrival.

THE SWISS DESIGN BOX

 

When you purchase a Swiss Design Box and the shoe is not your size, we will send you the same model in your size, if it is still available. If this is not possible, we will issue a voucher with the value of the shoe in question.

 

We will not grant a refund unless the parcel arrives damaged.

 

 

The other Swiss Design items in the box are typically excluded from returns. However, please contact us if you find them unsuitable or any of them arrive damaged.

 

We will do our best to find a solution.

 

 

REFUND POLICY

 

We only can grant a refund on the purchase price if the shoes meet the conditions specified above, and you have informed us by email within 7 days upon their arrival.

 

If the shoes are damaged, we cannot grant a refund unless they arrived defective when you received them.

 

We cannot refund shipping cost for your return.

Your Credit

Our credit note to you will be issued as soon as the warehouse confirms the impeccable condition of the returned item.

 

Please allow some time for the refund to be credited to your credit card statement. Depending on the credit card it may take some days or weeks.
