Once you found a model in our shop that appeals to you, click on it and select your size. Then follow these steps:
1. Add the chosen pair to your shopping cart
2. On top you will see a button «View Cart» click on it
3. This will take you to the overview of all items in your cart.
If you have a voucher this is the place to enter the code
4. Click the Button «Proceed to Checkout»
5. This will take you to the form «Billing Information»
6. Complete it. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please enter the shipping address in the form at your right.
7. Click on the button «Place Order»
8. This will open the payment mask
9, Choose your payment method, enter your details confirm
10. Congratulations!
Your order is placed the email with the order confirmation is on its way to your inbox.
Once your shoes are on their way to you, we will let you know.

Every country has different laws regarding taxes. For the EU-countries, Switzerland, Principality of Liechtenstein and all EU-countries the VAT is already included in our sales price, according to the destination countries law.
For all other countries taxes are not in Stilettisismo’s responsibility and will be charged according to the country’s law.

Stilettissimo offers free shipment.
Stilettissimo shoes are limited-edition and made to order. Since everything is hand-crafted it will take around 4 weeks for your pair to be delivered at your doorstep.
Within Germany and Switzerland, we ship your parcel by Post service. For all other countries we ship by DHL.
Shipping
Delivery times can only be given approximately since they also depend on customs formalities.
Switzerland & EU Countries: About 3 – 5 workdays
All other countries: About 7 – 12 workdays

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it is not in production by sending us an email.
If your shoes are already in production or even on their way to you, they are subject to our return policy.
Of course, we will always try to find the best solution for you. However, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee.

For this reason, we only grant a full refund you if the returned article is in perfect condition. This means, it has not been worn and is brand new and the box still flawless.
We cannot refund any shipping cost.
